JJ has been all over the MASSIVE new poll from the nutbars at the CLC. Added to that the excellent work of Bucket, ..Alison at Creekside,.. April Reign.. etc....I Just wanted to point one little thingy out. Well, a couple little thingy's.
To recap: The brother of a Con MP, (who is vehemently anti abortion) is one of the owners of this "polling" company, with a website that was hashed together in a few mins with pics from photos.com (geeze, I do so hope they at least paid for that?) and text that was plagiarized from an American site....
This same fellow has a facebook account. (I have a screenshot, cause I'm sure this person is going to go into lockdown mode soon) Interesting that eh? Like most people, his friends and family are on there.
He counts one, James Blatz as a "friend". I beleive its the same James Blatz, a member of the Frontier centre for public policy. Similar pics.(Big narsty Think tank. Winnipeg).

And Brian Pallister, who it appears is a sexist anti-choice CON MP.
Pallister campaigned for re-election at the federal level, and was noncommittal about his provincial ambitions. When a reporter asked him why he would not elaborate his plans, he was quoted as saying that he was "copping what's known as a woman's answer [...] It's a sort of fickle kind of thing."Some considered this remark to be sexist, and he later apologized.
So I ask, are "pollsters" really credible, when they carry all that baggage that's been well outlined in the last two days?
And KLR Vu research, uses a Daemon (heh. EVIL!) dialer? That's for surveying on tampax and laundry soap, fundraising for non profits and SCAMS. That's not opinion polling.....This is the same kind of bullshit that crooks use. You know, you have won a free vacation......Credit card interest rate deductions and shady offers. I wrote about another company here.....

"KLR Vu research" credibility is so tainted, and so biased, and so.......mickey mouse... that someone would have to be pretty desperate to even PRESENT this crapola. I have seen more professional operations selling lemonade for .05 a cup. If you are going to run a con, at least get someone with a brain to do it. (my guess is this is the work of the smarter ones, and that's one of the things that makes this all so damn funny!)

What I'm wondering...
...(and this is where things might get really fun) is this:
If KlrVu was basically a non-existent company, no web presence, no phone number (of its own)... how did Campaign Life coalition even find out about them in the first place?
Remember that guy from Spin Cycles, works in the polling business in Manitoba and never heard of them? If a guy like that never heard of them, how on earth did CLC?
Maybe a scenario something like this: CLC gets the ear of prolifer MP Rod Bruinooge, because he was one of the first MPs to speak out against Dr. M's OC. They start talking about the polls and how they could really use a good one to motivate the rank & file, RB says "Hey, my brother does that kind of thing, maybe he can help you out. Here's his number, give him a call." And they set it all up.
Not that there's anything wrong with any of that, but when you consider the poll was a piece of crap propaganda... hmm.

My gut feeling? Is that KLR Vu was a hokey scam fone place, and they decided to use what they had on the cheap......After all, the right wing doesn't question "facts" they just swallow whole. But they forget all of us in Realityville over here....We ask questions. We sooooooooo don't OBEY and we soooooooo don't do the blind faith bullshit. And they got their asses busted. :)
