Unfortunately "the ends justify the means" isn't working as a tactic anymore. And the thirty year old Conservative talking points don't wash either.
Strangely I can't see what Canadian Bank would hire Harper who blew through 13 billion dollars of surplus cash in two years. He'll have to work for a non profit business awards granter or like Bush as a motivational speaker.
