Chatty Michele. Pull the string....
Submitted by pale on Tue, 08/16/2011 - 12:02.
I have been watching the GOP Presidential contenders in the US with a lot of amusement. The day of the corn dogs was great for some belly laughs here at the batcave. The other thing I am finding fascinating/disturbing is Michele Bachmanns reaction to pretty much any question she wishes not to answer.
Ask her about past statements on Homosexuality; It is like someone pulled a string, "I am running for the presidency of the United States". Anderson Cooper on 360 last evening covered this phenonenon, with clips. There she sits with that weird glassy eyed stare, and answers each time in that bizarre mono voice. "I am running for the presidency of the United States". Pull the string. The really funny part, is this is not at all new. She keeps getting votes, and has supporters even though she cannot think on her feet. She learns the lines, and sticks to them. ONLY to the lines. In this clip, Chris Matthews even asks her point blank if she is is some sort of hypnotic trance because she answers every question exactly the same....So she just doubles down and does it again.
Perhaps Bachmann is an earlier version of this Robot called ALICE. She has more facial movements than Bachmann. »

'Ya know . . . .
it's a strange world we're livin' in where this specimen makes a cretin like rick perry look reasonable and stevie harper look like a Socialist.
We are so 'f'd . . . .
Are we ever so 'f'd...
I was starting to think I should get myself diagnosed with clinical depression but it seems that the feeling is mutual among so many sentient beings. I'm amazed I bothered to get out of bed after hearing the 7:00 am news this morning.
How can people not be embarrassed that such idiocy has become acceptable if not for some admirable. What is wrong with people. Being educated and intelligent doesn't mean being possessed by Satan. Or maybe it does for an increasingly larger sect of North America who have embraced hard core, shopping mall fundamentalist Christian "churches" for their world view guidance.
Have you seen
Idiocracy? LOL.
I swear to gawd it's about today.
It's a fact: 100% of all the people who ate carrots in 1850, are dead.
